1. Introduction
Welcome to our official website. By accessing or placing an order with us, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all international B2B buyers purchasing our sustainable resortwear made-to-order products.
2. Business Model
We operate exclusively as a B2B manufacturer. All products are made to order using sustainable fabrics and ethical production practices.
3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
The minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per design. Buyers may split this quantity across multiple sizes as needed.
4. Customization & Product Specifications
Buyers may request customization in fabric, color, fit, trims, and branding. All custom requests must be confirmed in writing before production begins. Once approved, specifications cannot be changed.
5. Samples
Samples are produced at a charge. Sample costs may be adjusted or discounted in bulk production orders depending on quantity and design complexity.
6. Pricing
All prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary based on fabric availability, customization, order volume, and global raw material fluctuations.
7. Payment Terms
Our standard payment structure is:
- 50% advance payment to begin production
- 50% balance payment before dispatch
Payments can be made via international bank transfer (SWIFT), Wise, or PayPal (samples only).
8. Production Timelines
Estimated timelines are as follows:
- Sampling: 10–15 working days
- Bulk Production: 30–45 working days after sample approval
Timelines may vary based on seasonal load, fabric availability, or special customizations.
9. Shipping & Delivery
We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, air cargo, and sea cargo. Shipping charges are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Transit time varies depending on the destination country. Once the shipment is handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier handling, or unforeseen circumstances.
10. Customs Duties & Taxes
All international buyers are responsible for paying any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance charges imposed by their respective countries.
11. Quality Control
All products undergo fabric inspection, measurement checks, stitching and finishing audits, and final quality checks. Minor variations in color, texture, or stitching are considered normal for handcrafted textiles.
12. Order Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed and advance payment is made, it cannot be cancelled as production begins immediately for made-to-order items.
13. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns for made-to-order items. Refunds are not applicable once production has begun.
In case of genuine defects, buyers must notify us within 5 days of receiving the goods with clear photos/videos. We will review and provide a resolution, which may include replacement or store credit.
14. Intellectual Property
All photographs, designs, content, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of our company. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
15. Confidentiality
All quotations, designs, patterns, and communication shared with buyers are confidential and cannot be disclosed to third parties without written permission.
16. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our products, delays, or shipping issues beyond our control.
17. Governing Law
All transactions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts with proper jurisdiction.
18. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Buyers are encouraged to review this page regularly.
